We aim to process all orders within 24 hours.
Orders received after 12:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days, subject to successful verification of customer information.
Within UAE (City Limits): Deliveries are typically completed within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Outside City Limits: Deliveries are typically completed within 48–72 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Timelines

Our courier partner will contact you once the shipment has been collected to coordinate a suitable delivery time.
Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will be contacted to schedule delivery. If a tracking number is available, it will be updated in your order details.

Orders above AED 250 qualify for free shipping.
Orders below AED 250 incur a flat shipping fee of AED 25.

All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, items may occasionally sell out. In such cases, we will contact you with the following options:
Ship the out-of-stock item once it becomes available (no additional delivery charges if the full order is prepaid).
Replace the item with an alternative of equal value.
Cheque on Delivery
