Refunds

* If the item was paid for using Cash on Delivery , refunds will be issued via store credit, bank transfer, or other agreed method.
* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Exchanges


* Items may be exchanged for the same product in a different size, color, or an alternative product of equal value (subject to availability).
* Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and approved.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@shopusonline.ae. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items


* Gift cards, vouchers, and digital products.
* Clearance or final sale items.
* Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer handling.
