General

* These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services.
* By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
* We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Payment. By placing an order, you authorize us and/or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. We also accept payment through cash on delivery services.

In order to authorize credit/debit card payments, we may be required to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, including accepting their standard terms and conditions and submitting your details to them on your behalf. You hereby authorize us to do so and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss you may incur as a result.

ORDER CANCELATION

You may cancel your order immediately prior to shipping for any reason. Processing fees may apply.
Our Cancellation. We may cancel your order(s) if:
* you do not make any payment to us when it is due
* you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products
* you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us
* if the product is out of stock, we will offer you an equal or higher valued item at our discretion. If you decide to not accept the offer, we will issue you a voucher or a refund minus any fees.

Shipping & Delivery

* Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
* Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).

Returns & Refunds

* Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
* Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons.

Warranty Policy

* To benefit from Return, Exchange and Warranty services, original invoice is required.
* Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
* Warranty services are directly provided by the manufacturer or not at all. We do not bare any responsibility for the warranty of the product(s)/service(s) purchased.
* Item should be in original seal packing to be considered for Return and Exchange.
* Returns and Exchanges will be accepted within 3 days from the date the request is filed.
* Offer item can be returned with the purchased item if the offer item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted
* Items purchased through vouchers, credit card or through installment service cannot be refunded in cash
* Accepting shipment from shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and it is sealed upon receiving.
* The return and exchange period are calculated from the date of delivery and you must provide the sealed invoice that arrives with the shipment.

Governing Law

* These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
* Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
